SERVICES: Resident Care PlanStay as involved as you want. A comprehensive plan of care is developed by our team of professionals under the guidance of the attending physician. A thorough assessment of each resident's needs guides the staff in designing and implementing an individualized care plan. Family members are invited and encouraged to attend care plan meetings.
Quality of Life
We believe these sessions contribute to the quality of our residents’ lives by improving mood and increasing opportunities for positive social interaction. It is also rewarding for the employee facilitators who see a “spark of life” in our less cognizant residents.
We have a large, active group of volunteers who donate their time to assist residents with shopping, activities, crafts, mending, letter writing and other needs, as well as providing caring companionship. New volunteers are always welcome at Elcor!
